Charlotte Peach
IA Manager

Charlotte is an experienced IP solicitor, specialising in dispute resolution and litigation before the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) and High Court. Her cases range from pure IP disputes (including trade mark, passing off, copyright, design and database rights) to broader contract and commercial disputes.

Beyond this, she has experience in a wide scope of advisory and transactional IP matters, advising clients across the full lifecycle of their IP rights, from creation through to protection and commercial exploitation including advising on commercial contracts. Charlotte joined Stobbs from Clifford Chance, where she trained in both IP and international corporate/financial matters, giving her a broad foundation.

Her qualifications include a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Postgraduate Diploma in IP Law and Practice from the University of Oxford.

Outside of work, Charlotte unwinds with yoga and a good book (not usually at the same time).
