Claire joined Ipulse in 2009.  Prior to this she worked at another leading European patent and trade mark firm. She qualified as a Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 2012 and was awarded the prize for achieving the highest mark in the Design and Copyright paper.

Claire began her career in sales management for a major department store chain, after joining their graduate training scheme, and it was here that she developed her interest in trade marks and an appreciation of the importance of branding.

Claire is experienced in prosecuting trade mark applications in the UK, Europe and internationally, and in handling contentious matters.  She works with clients across a wide range of market sectors including telecoms, lifestyle, retail, food and scientific and also has experience in managing extensive trade mark portfolios.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys attending concerts, swimming, dancing and socialising.  She also plays the flute, piano and saxophone and has tutored Music Theory.  At University she was a member of a number of orchestras and sang in the Cambridge University Music Society Chorus.
