Aysha joined Stobbs in 2022 after having qualified in 2021. She is an IA Executive and works in our Online Brand Enforcement team.
Prior to joining Stobbs, Aysha worked at Gowling WLG where she was seconded to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games for one year. During this time, Aysha worked in the Brand Protection team where she helped deliver a brand protection programme for the Games that prevented and mitigated the risk of IP infringement and ambush activity, helped develop and enforce brand enforcement strategies, policies and guidelines, and implemented the Games Advertising and Trading Regulations.
Prior to the Commonwealth Games, Aysha worked and trained in-house at Dentsu (an international media and marketing agency) where she worked with brands that specialised in experiential marketing, producing creative content, sponsorship and partnership activity, influencer marketing, and B2B marketing.
As Aysha has predominantly worked in-house, she is proficient in delivering advice that is practical, cost effective and solutions driven, and is able to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Aysha holds an LLB Law degree from the University of Westminster and graduated with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Outside of work, Aysha enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
