Grace Tsai
IA Director

Grace joined Stobbs in 2024 as an IA Director. She is a qualified solicitor who originally trained at Stobbs and then gained experience at another Tier 1 trade mark practice. Most recently, she headed up the trade mark practice at a tech-focused boutique firm.

She has advised clients in the fintech, software, publishing, automobile, telecoms, pharmaceutical, and charity sectors. Grace believes that brand protection and enforcement should support a business’s strategic goals. She prioritises clients’ commercial aims and provides pragmatic advice in relation to trade marks, domain names, and online disputes. Her experience with devising and managing worldwide clearance, filing, and enforcement programmes allows her to tailor cost-effective solutions for businesses of all sizes. She speaks Mandarin and has particular interest and experience in helping businesses with brand protection and enforcement in East Asia.

On the weekends, Grace likes to cook (and of course eat) excess amounts of food and play padel.
