Sean joined Stobbs in 2019 as an Online Brand Enforcement paralegal, before becoming a trainee solicitor. Having been trained at Stobbs, Sean is enriched with Stobbs values and has fully adapted to how Stobbs works with its clients – offering straightforward commercial advice with clarity and certainty. Sean is now a qualified solicitor. He is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Chinese/Mandarin.

With a particular interest and expertise in contentious matters, Sean works on a wide range of matters. His clientele ranges from international companies and household brands to start-ups and local businesses. He has extensive experience in trade mark disputes (such as oppositions and infringements) and settlements. He manages an anti-counterfeiting and customs recordal team at Stobbs. Because of his Chinese background, he understands Chinese clients and Chinese business. This helps him act as a bridge between China and the EU/UK.   

Outside of work, Sean likes traveling and playing football.
