In this review for the ITMA Review, Chris Hawkes looks at three Dispute Resolution Service complaints brought by brand owners in the Media & Entertainment ("M&E") sector demonstrating ways in which M&E brands may be targeted, and how a DRS can be used to counter any attempts by cybersquatters to capitalise on the value in M&E brands.
