As we write the UK is going to the polls on the referendum question of to remain in or leave the European Union.
We will know a bit more tomorrow morning. But as with many professions, this decision could have significant impact in IP – for example what would the impact of a “Brexit” be upon EU-wide trade mark and design rights?
