Charles joined Stobbs in 2025 as an IA Data Administrator. With international experience in the sports industry, Charles has built a diverse career across three countries, combining a passion for high-performance environments with a strong foundation in data and analytics. He has had the privilege of working with three Premier League football clubs, contributing to performance insights and strategic decision-making at the highest level of the game.

Charles' academic background includes a master’s degree in Sport and Data Analysis, equipping him with the technical skills to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive athlete and team development. Whether it's through performance monitoring, tactical analysis, or data visualization, Charles is committed to using evidence-based approaches to support success in elite sport.

Outside of work, Charles stays connected to sport through active participation, and he enjoys traveling with friends—seeking new perspectives, cultures, and experiences that continue to shape his personal and professional outlook.
