Bio

Cait joined Stobbs in 2025 as an IA Executive with experience across trade mark prosecution, intellectual property protection and commercialisation, and management of disputes and litigation. 

She gained a Bachelor in Commerce (marketing and economics) and a Bachelor (Honors) in Law (LLB.) in Melbourne, Australia, with the highlights of her university experience being living in Maastricht, Netherlands and studying international sports law in Malaysia. 

Since qualifying as a solicitor in Australia in 2021, Cait has gained a wealth of domestic and international knowledge across private practice and in-house, developing a particular interest in FMCG, retail, sports and innovation industries. Cait is currently undertaking a PGDip in Intellectual Property Law at Oxford University. 

Having a marketing & economics background fuels her business acumen, paired with her innate curiosity about clients and the market they operate in, allows her to formulate actionable strategies that maximise intellectual property protection and commercialisation.

Cait’s innate curiosity extends beyond the workplace with her love for travel - having explored 47 countries - and counting! besides travel, Cait loves to bake extravagant cakes and cookies, and stay active through gym, skiing and running.
