Bio

Charlie McKeown works in the IP management and renewals team at Stobbs, specializing in administration for trade mark renewals. He brings strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple deadlines across different jurisdictions effectively.

Charlie completed a three-year LLB course at Lancaster University, where his interest in intellectual property was sparked after it became an option as a module in his third year. Prior to joining Stobbs, Charlie worked in a primary school, assisting in planning and delivering PE lessons, organizing after-school and lunch clubs, and supporting pupils with a variety of abilities. He also worked as a customer server in a local fish and chip shop which strengthened his communication skills, adaptability, and his confidence in being able to collaborate with people from all backgrounds. But did not help his calorie deficit.

Outside of work, He has pursued interests in religion and Spanish, both of which he studied at A-Level. When he’s not chilling with his cats, he also enjoys watching and playing football, going to the gym, learning guitar and playing the far more respected instrument that is the ukulele. He also has an interest in film and occasionally writes reviews for them when he feels like they deserve an honest rant.
