Danielle joined Stobbs in 2025 as a Trade Mark Administrative Assistant in our Irish office.
She graduated from University College Dublin with a BCL degree in Law with Politics in 2022 and recently completed an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology at the same university. Her postgraduate studies sparked a lasting interest in the unique blend of creativity and critical thinking that defines IP law. Her interests in the field are highly varied, from the impact of the UPC on the life sciences industry to the economic impact of Geographical Indications. She is particularly passionate about the interplay between technology and IP having completed her postgraduate dissertation on the viability of EU copyright exceptions and limitations in light of the development of AI art generators.
Before joining Stobbs, Danielle worked as a legal secretary in two small legal practices in Dublin and interned at a large corporate law firm. She additionally acted as the Editor-in-Chief of UCD’s independent student-led newspaper from 2022 to 2023.
Danielle is an avid music fan. When she isn’t at a gig or festival, she is updating her Spotify playlists. She also enjoys exploring weekend markets, going to the cinema, hiking, spending time with her friends, and baking.

Favourite food?
Sandwiches, they’re just so versatile!
Favourite music?
I like a wide variety of music, but I mostly listen to hip hop, rap, R&B and soul. Some of my favourite artists are: Childish Gambino, 6lack, Givēon, Kid Cudi, Loyle Carner, and Kojaque.
Favourite book?
Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford.
Favourite gadget?
Aromatherapy diffuser or a mini portable fan.
Favourite film?
I use Letterboxd religiously, so I have to list my top 4 – My Cousin Vinny, Mitchells vs. the Machines, Jurassic Park, and Get Out.
Choice of night out?
Somewhere with outdoor seating, good music and table space so my friends and I can play our favourite card game.
Choice of dress code?
Minimalist chic – think neutrals with a pop of red, structured blazers, loafers, mock neck tops, and gold jewellery.
Choice of holiday?
Honestly, anywhere with my friends!
What sound or noise do you love?
Wood Pigeon and Thrush calls during Irish spring and summer mornings.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Architect.
