George Dallimore

George joined Stobbs in 2025 as an IA Paralegal/ Trade Mark Administrator. 

Before this, he attained a law degree from the University of Reading and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside a Masters in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law. This combination of academic and practical training has provided him with a strong foundation in legal principles, transactional work, and the broader commercial landscape while also allowing him to explore interests such as global philosophy and Italian for his optional modules.

George began his legal career at a small, specialist firm focusing on airspace development and commercial property. Working closely with the commercial property partner, he was involved in all stages of the transaction process—from initial client instruction through to completion. His responsibilities included drafting and reviewing documents, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and third parties, and supporting the team in managing deadlines and compliance requirements. This hands-on experience allowed him to build a solid understanding the demands of legal practice in a dynamic environment.

Alongside his legal work, George has always had a strong interest in technology and its role in shaping the legal profession. This led him to work as a freelance AI Trainer, helping to improve machine learning models by training them in language, reasoning, and content evaluation.

Outside of work, George enjoys playing golf and padel—two sports he has recently taken up. He also likes watching films and spending time with friends.
