Bio

Lingxuan specialises in trade mark matters, including trade mark prosecution, portfolio management and brand protection.

Lingxuan studied Law in China and qualified as a lawyer before moving to the UK to further develop her expertise in intellectual property. She completed her second Master’s degree, an LLM in Intellectual Property & Information Law at King’s College London and holds a CITMA Paralegal qualification.

Prior to joining Stobbs, Lingxuan practised in trade mark law in China for nearly four years. She has experience advising and supporting businesses across different industries and jurisdictions on a broad range of trade mark matters, including trade mark prosecution, portfolio management, brand protection and contentious matters. Through her previous experience, Lingxuan has developed a strong interest in the commercial value of intellectual property and enjoys helping businesses understand how effective brand protection can support their long-term growth.

Outside of work, Lingxuan enjoys travelling, photography and baking. She loves exploring new places, discovering different cultures and creating new experiences through food and creativity.
