I specialise in facilities and operations management, with a strong focus on building performance, contractor management, and compliance across multi-site environments. I have experience working across corporate, education, and hospitality settings, with particular strengths in managing supplier relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring buildings run safely and efficiently. I began my career in hospitality, working for global brands such as Hilton as well as boutique hotels, where I held roles as a Duty Manager and Guest Relations Manager. This provided me with a strong foundation in customer service, team leadership, and high-pressure operations. I later transitioned into facilities management, spending several years at St John’s College overseeing public buildings, before moving to Mills & Reeve, where I managed a modern office environment next to the Cambridge Botanical Gardens. 

My journey in the UK began in 2012, when I initially planned to stay for three months but remained for eighteen months before returning to Poland, where I am originally from, to complete my university degree. After graduating, I came back to the UK in 2015, where I have since built my career. Outside of work, I enjoy playing football, going to the gym, and maintaining an active lifestyle. I also have a strong interest in finance and investing, and I enjoy continuously developing my knowledge in this area.
