Bio
Luke joined Stobbs in 2026 as an IA Executive. His career in intellectual property began at the European Union Intellectual Property Office where he gained insight into the Office’s practices and examination procedures. On returning to the UK, Luke entered the world of private practice and qualified as a trade mark attorney at a traditional IP law firm in 2020.
Luke’s experience spans the full trade mark lifecycle, from clearance and filing strategies through to portfolio management and enforcement, allowing him to help clients navigate the challenges of brand protection. Luke enjoys getting to know his clients and understanding what matters most to their business. Whether supporting a start-up or helping an established business manage a large portfolio, he focuses on providing practical, straightforward advice that helps clients make informed decisions and get the most value from their intellectual property.
Outside of work, Luke has a keen interest in horology and can often be found reading about watches or adding new pieces to his grail list. He also enjoys football and padel, although he probably spends more time than he should trying to improve his Fantasy Football ranking.
