Marty joined Stobbs in 2025 as a co-founder of our U.S. office.

Marty has been practicing trademark and copyright law for over 35 years. He is a member of the New York state bar. He litigates in U.S. district and appellate courts, and before the U.S. Trademark Office. Marty is a UDRP panelist.

Marty is best known as the publisher of The Trademark Blog, the world’s oldest blog devoted to trademark law.
