Metodi Yurukov

Metodi joined Stobbs in 2025 and is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (UK) and EU Trade Mark Attorney with over 11 years of experience in intellectual property. He advises clients across the UK, EU, and internationally on trade mark protection and strategy, designs, domain name disputes, and trade secrets.

Before joining Stobbs, Metodi worked at Stratagem, Oakleigh IP, IP21, and Basck. He holds an LLB, LPC, and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law, and is also qualified in the European Union.

Metodi has supported clients across a wide range of industries, including fashion and fitness, health and wellness, cosmetics and make-up, fast-food franchises, and the automotive and motorcycle sectors. He brings a practical, efficient, and commercially focused approach to brand protection and enforcement.

He is particularly engaged in contentious matters, both before IP offices and through early-stage negotiations. Metodi has also acted as a Solicitor Agent Advocate, representing clients in numerous hearings before the County Courts across the East of England. He believes that every problem has a solution and takes a strategic, solution-oriented approach to disputes and enforcement.

Outside of work, Metodi enjoys high-intensity interval training, motorcycling, cycling, and solving mechanical and engineering challenges. He’s also passionate about videography, photography, and biochemistry, and has followed a low-carbohydrate, high-fat lifestyle combined with intermittent fasting since 2014.
