Paula Gomez

Paula joined Stobbs in 2025 as a People Administrator in our People team.

She is a Human Resources professional supporting the People Team with a range of HR processes and day-to-day queries. Her role involves maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding. She also supports inductions, absence management, and the administration of benefits, helping to create a smooth and positive experience. With a strong focus on organisation and accuracy, Paula contributes to HR operations by helping ensure they run smoothly while creating a supportive environment. She holds a Level 4 qualification in Social Integration, which has deepened both her passion for and understanding of diversity and inclusion. She is currently working towards her CIPD Level 3 qualification to further develop her HR expertise and enhance her knowledge of key processes. Additionally, she has completed further training and worked with various tools and softwares, developing her skills in administration and data management. 

Her previous experience includes working in HR administration and recruitment, where she has been responsible for maintaining employee records, handling HR queries, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Paula has worked in fast-paced environments that required strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently. She enjoys working in dynamic environments, supporting people, and ensuring that the operations run smoothly. 

Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with friends and travelling whenever she gets the chance. She also loves anything creative, whether it’s drawing, DIY projects, or pottery. Paula likes discovering new places and experiences, whether through travel or simply trying something different.
