Victoria has considerable experience in UK and EU trade mark portfolio management and enforcement. She has assisted clients in protecting brands in many territories around the world. Victoria has a particular interest in design filings which she considers an often forgotten but very useful IP tool for brand owners. She also has expertise in assisting clients with dealing with prolific bad faith trade marks in China.

Clients appreciate Victoria's commercially focused and strategic approach. She always strives to understand the business objectives to ensure her advice is as helpful as possible. Victoria also contributes articles and case commentaries to the CITMA review. In her spare time, Victoria is mainly used as a human climbing frame by her young toddler but enjoys squeezing time in for the odd run and skiing.
