Bio

Sheena joined Stobbs in 2025 as a Senior Brand Protection Specialist.

With experience in her most recent role that involved creating, implementing and managing the Brand Protection function in-house for a fashion retail global brand owned by an FTSE100, Sheena enjoys the interplay between business and IP.  With the shifts to the high street and online shopping post Covid and post Brexit, much of her work included managing the IP for the launch of two new brands and supporting joint ventures. Sheena enthusiastically tackled the trade mark portfolio to ensure the rights of the brand were well established, shaped the domain name strategy including .dot brand, and handled legal cases flagged by the business.

What ignited her interest in protecting the DNA of brands from infringement came from having owned her own boutique clothing label with a studio based in Bali where she was the founder and designer.

In her free time, Sheena enjoys getting out and exploring on any form of transport as frequently as possible be it a plane (she holds a private pilot’s license in general aviation), a motorbike, scooter, boat or caravan.  Travel has been a big part of her life as she comes from Canada and has family in Australia.

Sheena holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property from Brunel University London and is a CITMA certified paralegal member.
