Chloe Long
IA Director

Chloe joined Stobbs in 2023 as an IA Director.

Chloe graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Psychology & Criminology. She then spent over 15 years working in-house in the field of intellectual property & brand protection. Chloe has worked for numerous large international brands, including New Era, Nike, ghd, Capri Holdings Ltd (Michael Kors, Versace & Jimmy Choo) and most recently, as Head of IP for Superdry. Chloe specialises in devising and implementing global IP and brand protection strategies, which include filing and prosecution, product/design clearance, anti-counterfeiting, online brand enforcement and licensing. Chloe also spent 8 years on the Board of Directors for the UK Anti-Counterfeiting Group.

Having previously focused on a career in-house, Chloe was keen to further diversify her experience and obtain her solicitor qualification in private practice. She was inspired by Stobbs’ reputation for commercially focused, creative and cost-effective IP services. Chloe will be drawing on her commercial experience of IP risk evaluation and decision making to provide support across the OBE, Fashion, Anti-Counterfeiting and Litigation teams at Stobbs.

Outside of work, Chloe is a Mum to three boys, the eldest of whom has multiple disabilities. She is committed to supporting disabled children and their families, through advocating for better access to education, resources and support. She is a trustee for a small charity called Autism Early Support. In her spare time(!), Chloe is a fashion-lover and enjoys doing pilates and spinning (despite being pretty bad at both!) and travelling with her family.
