Jake joined Stobbs in 2023 as a Brand Protection Intelligence Specialist.

He joined Stobbs as he wanted to change career and completed a data engineering course at Generation to help him do so. Stobbs also trains him on anti-counterfeiting and online brand enforcement, with the goal of integrating his data analytics skills to gain more insights into his work.

Jake was a musician before joining Stobbs and worked professionally in the industry since he was a teenager. He has a large amount of experience in the music industry and has performed in venues ranging from small pubs and weddings to live TV events and arenas. As a musician, Jake first started to get an interest in copyright from reading about how it impacts the industry through high profile lawsuits and protecting his own work.

Outside of work, Jake still enjoys music and going to concerts, and it will always be a huge part of his life even if it is not his career. He also plays video games, watches esports and likes swimming having previously qualified as a lifeguard.
