Jenny Lane
Credit Controller

Jenny joined Stobbs in 2024 as a Credit Controller in our Numbers team.

Prior to this, Jenny worked for a builders merchant, mainly in a credit control/ sales ledger role. She also worked as group cashier, cashing up the takings for over 40 branches.  Although Jenny has no formal qualifications in credit management, she is educated to A Level and has many years of experience.

Outside of work, Jenny loves spending time with her friends and family. She is a mum to two grown up children and has 1 grandson. She enjoys reading and can often be seen with her head in a book.  She loves walking in the fens around her home and at the coast.  She is also trying to master Spanish as her daughter-in-law is from Ecuador.

Favourite food?

Fish and chips- especially at the coast!

Favourite music?

Whitney Houston.

Favourite book?

Anything by Rachel Hore.

Favourite gadget?

Fitbit.

Favourite film?

Mulan.

Choice of night out?

A meal with family and friends.

Choice of dress code?

A dress and heels- I'm well known for my dress collection!

Choice of holiday?

Spain, Ecuador, Norfolk Coast, Center Parcs and Cornwall.

What sound or noise do you love?

My grandson laughing and calling me Nanny.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?

Teacher.
