Emma Dixon is a litigation lawyer with over a decade of experience in commercial and IP disputes. She joined Stobbs in 2020 after working for several years as an in-house litigator at Rolls-Royce plc. Prior to that, Emma worked in the commercial and IP litigation team at leading London firm, Macfarlanes - including a client secondment to Nike’s European headquarters in Amsterdam.

Emma has handled IP related disputes for some of the leading brands of the world, particularly in the sports sector. As well as undertaking pure IP claims, Emma has acted on a broad range of contractual and commercial disputes for clients in retail, publishing, sports (soccer, cycling, and Formula One), food and drink, and aviation.

In her spare time, Emma’s passions are spending time with her two little boys, all things music, running half marathons, and cheese - having worked in a specialist cheese shop in her youth, Emma knows her Poacher from her Pecorino!
