Jaclyn joined Stobbs in 2024 as an IA Manager.

Jaclyn is a New York qualified attorney. After graduating law school, she joined a New York firm where she gained experience practising on US trademark and copyright law. She has significant experience filing, prosecuting, and enforcing trademark applications in the US and internationally. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from large established retail brands with extensive international trademark portfolios to small web3 startups just starting to develop their IP. She has experience filing and defending against opposition and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as litigating matters in federal court. Before attending law school, she worked in marketing for an insurance company. Jaclyn moved from New York to London to join Stobbs and gain experience in UK and EU trade mark law.

Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys travel and exploring new places. She loves spending time with friends and trying new restaurants. She is also an avid cook.
