Kathryn Walton
IA Paralegal

Kathryn joined Stobbs as an IA Paralegal in 2022. Kathryn has worked in trade marks for over twenty years. Whilst facilitating the execution of trade mark applications in the UK, EU and worldwide, Kathryn’s specialisation has been assignments and changes to the registers, working and liaising with colleagues worldwide.

Over the years she worked for a major manufacturer of food and household goods in their Acquisitions and Disposals department and supported a major on-line retailer and a world-famous author whilst working in private practice.

She passed her CITMA exam in 2002 when it was still known as the ITMA formalities exam and whilst continuing to work, she completed both her foundation degree and a Masters in Creative Writing.

She now relaxes by writing bad poetry and prose. Although she doesn’t ride anymore, she still enjoys meeting up with her local bike club and socialising. Otherwise she reads and binge watches the TV series du jour.
