Mollie Gaffey
Office Administrative Assistant

Mollie joined Stobbs in 2023 as an Office Administrative Assistant for our team based in Dublin. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Joint Honours Arts Degree in Sociology and the Irish Language. Her final year thesis was about Irish mothers’ opinions of the childcare sector in Dublin and involved interviews and gathering data from the public. She has also worked in customer service roles for over four years and other office assistant roles in various sectors that were as varied as heating and boiler distributors and in a veterinary clinic. Her main strengths are her strong attention to detail, her chattiness, and constant positivity!

Outside of work, Mollie's passion is reading- she will read almost anything but her favourite genre is cultural or social issues. She also enjoys a good spin class and walks outside when it’s not lashing rain.
