Shivani joined Stobbs as an IA Trainee in 2023.
Shivani has 9 years of multi-jurisdictional legal background. She is an Indian qualified lawyer and part-qualified Chartered Trademark Attorney in the UK. She also completed her LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley with a specialisation in laws of IP and Technology.
Shivani has experience in assisting clients in brand protection (IP and commercial laws) and strategising in building a global IP portfolio. She has worked at both, law firms (IP roles) and in-house (commercial and tech roles). She has also had experience of setting up her own practise in India to provide IP, media and commercial law services to her clients serving varied industries from different countries.
Outside of work, Shivani enjoys spending time with friends and family (which certainly involves a lot of Facetiming), travelling, watching films/shows and live shows (especially, stand-up comedy). Shivani also enjoys playing squash, swimming, yoga and meditation.

Acai Bowl, Biryani (Indian rice preparation) and Dosa (pancake made from rice flour).

Anything and everything – Indian indie songs and Deep House are my go-to.
