Tosshan joined Stobbs in 2022 as an OBE Specialist.

Tosshan has worked in the IP and BP space for over 6 years now. Prior to joining Stobbs, he worked at Incopro and Corsearch, for a period of 5 years in numerous roles, advising brands in various sectors on their Brand Protection strategies. During this time, he also spent a year writing for the popular online IP blog – The IPKat- where he wrote about current IP news and events with a special series of IP Education blogs. Most recently, Tosshan also spent 6 months on secondment in Superdry’s in-house IP and BP team, revising their brand protection strategy (with particular focus in APAC) and engaging internal stakeholders on the impact of the strategy’s success.

Tosshan studied for an International Legal Studies LLB (2013-2017) at the University of Southampton with a year abroad at Singapore Management University, where he also worked part-time as an in-house trade mark paralegal (when he wasn’t travelling South East Asia). Tosshan is currently undertaking prep-courses for the SQE with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor in the future.

In his spare time, you’ll likely find Tosshan at the gym or playing on his PlayStation, travelling abroad when he can, and (admittedly less frequently) either picking up his skateboard for a ride or a pen to draw with.
