Will joined Stobbs in 2019, having qualified as a solicitor in the IP dispute resolution team of a highly ranked regional firm. Will specialises in commercial contracts, particularly those which relate to IP. He also has experience in trade mark, copyright, designs and licensing disputes in the High Court and IPEC.

Will has supported clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, both as an external lawyer and in an in-house capacity (through long-term secondments).
