For everyone at Stobbs, the return to work after the pandemic represented an opportunity to revisit how we work, to commit to continuing to improve and get the benefits of our new normal, and to move the company forwards. We wanted to blend flexibility and convenience with the culture and approach of the wider team.

For this reason, we decided to plan 18 days in each calendar year which are for everyone to get together – for training, functional sessions, Stobbs Cup and other team-based activities.
