Stobbs learns about the past and present radical women of Cambridge for our latest Stobbs Cup

At Stobbs, we believe that it’s much easier to work with someone once you get to know them on a personal level. As the company continues to grow and as we try to facilitate flexible working after the pandemic, we have decided to have a certain number of Stobbs Days every year to bring the whole company together.

For our latest Stobbs Cup day, we went on a walking tour of Cambridge lead by local writer Hannah Jane Walker to discover more about radical women of Cambridge's near and far past. Armed with maps, we deciphered clues and answered questions in order to explore the city like never before. We uncovered the stories of the most interesting women that we'd never heard of who changed the course of history forever. We then completed some creative writing challenges, exploring identity, power, counter cultural stories and belonging.

Thanks to Rubi Peachey and the Cambridge Junction for organising another great day!
