Bio
Olivia joined Stobbs as an OBE specialist in 2025. She supports the protection of brand identity across digital platforms and marketplaces. She is particularly interested in how intellectual property law keeps pace with innovation online and enjoys the challenge of applying legal thinking to fast-moving enforcement scenarios.
She recently completed her Master’s in Law in the UK, where her dissertation focused on AI voice cloning and copyright reform. Prior to that, she became a certified paralegal through Boston University and earned her undergraduate degree in political science, with a minor in pre-law and psychology, at Merrimack College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Before joining Stobbs, Olivia gained hands-on experience with the legal and business team at Founders Forum in London, where she supported commercial contracts, IP strategy, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of companies. She also worked as a litigation paralegal at Morgan and Morgan in Boston and previously held paralegal roles at two boutique family law firms in the city.
Outside of work, Olivia loves exploring the UK’s historical sites and countryside with her Pomeranian toy poodle mix by her side. She also enjoys spending time with friends and traveling across Europe whenever she gets the chance.
